Press Windows key + R and type control userpasswords2 and click OK
Select the user name and click Properties
Click on Group Membership
Make sure Administrator option is selected
Also, click the option Other and select Administrator from dropdown
Click Apply and then OK
Restart the computer and check

Navigate To

2. Click Manage
3. Device Manager
4. Network Adapters
5. Turn On Microsoft Hosted Network Virtual Adapter
Open Command Prompt as Run As Administrator
Write Following Command

The hosted network mode has been set to allow.

To resolve this problem we need to set Remote network property as per below configuration
Control Panel => Network and Dial-up Connections => Right-click
the VPN shortcut => Properties => Networking => Internet Protocol =>
